PCGI is a group of independent consultants who have organized together under the shared vision of providing the best possible service to clients at the most competitive price. We are not a top-heavy firm, fraught with bureaucracy and overhead. We are skilled and experienced consultants who realize that as independents we can offer better service for a more efficient price, and that by networking together, we can utilize our relationships with clients and with each other to provide the very best service possible in the consulting world. PCGI’s unique five-role structure ensures excellent service on every project, and permits our consultants a level of freedom that is attractive, along with quality controls that are reassuring for clients. Our consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines including some of the best consultants in the business, from former business owners to former Big Five employees. Every member of PCGI has unique skills that are ready to meet the needs of our clients. Each consultant has been invited into PCGI by another member who vouches for their abilities and becomes their Member Manager. Because each PCGI client is represented by a Client Manager who knows both their client’s needs and the resources of the group, clients receive unparalleled access to expertly tailored service. In some cases, the client may need someone for a simple data task, or they may have a need for a very skilled specialist. The PCGI Client Manager and Member Managers work together to align the best person to right job. Client Managers and Project Managers match specific needs to the lowest overall cost per project. As our network grows, it allows us more flexibility and dynamism to meet specific client needs across a growing range of requirements. Over 13 years as an independent consultant in business process, systems, and structure

Adam Fleck has been an independent consultant for over thirteen years with experience planning, developing, and implementing business systems for several multi-billion dollar companies. Adam worked as an independent consultant and partnered with Accenture, Deloitte and Touche, IBM, and several smaller consulting firms and direct clients during multiple fully-phased projects in the US and abroad. Adam was a founding partner in Internet startups and saw the opportunity to combine networking, web applications, business systems, and quality independent consulting into PCGI. Adam is experienced with business structure, business process and business systems with an emphasis on efficiency, and applied many of the same principles to PCGI as he has for his clients. .show-hide

Partners increase our ability to service our clients

Dinshaw has been an independent consultant for over ten years with experience in full-cycle web application design and development. A pioneer in the use of open source technologies applied to enterprise-level, commercial web-applications, Dinshaw is also an active member of the Ruby on Rails community. He has worked with many clients, taking them from simple concepts to full-scale web applications, and has applied these skills as the primary architect and developer of the PCGI web application.
